how long does it take to complete an order?
All orders are completed within 10 business days. If your project is needed sooner than 10 days, expedited service can be requested at the time the order is placed.
can you help me find artwork for my home or office?
Yes, we can. We have a selection of fine art prints for sale and can order prints that we do not carry just for you.
How much does custom framing cost?
There's no simple answer. Custom framing prices vary widely based on the dimensions of the artwork, frame and mat style, and glass type. We recommend that you come in with your artwork and design your piece with one of our experts. We'll work within your budget to design a custom piece you'll love. can you frame 3-d items, like a sports jersey or a medal?

is there a proper way to hang my art?
We provide picture frame hooks with every piece. To protect your wall and your art, we recommend using two hooks for pictures larger than 16x20.
